Ladies Cross Country

Lloyd Park

Many thanks to those of you who turned up to this postponed race.

We finished the League in a respectable 9^th out of 15 teams, with our B team 23^rd . So a big thank you to everyone who has run in the League – everyone counts as for every runner we beat we are decreasing our score which is good.

For those of you who missed last night, you can see below those who completed 3 and 4 races.

Rose was awarded the trophy for her commitment, improvement and overall strong performance.

A special mention for Anna C who I believe has won 2^nd overall vet in the First Division which is fantastic given the strong competition.

Coulsdon

The Ladies did well yesterday in very cold / snowy/ icey conditions. Thank you very much for turning out – we managed 2 teams. Sorry that Megan and Judith did not make it to the start.
