West 4 Harriers Constitution, Grievance, Discipline, Appeals and Club Inclusion Policy
Code of Conduct for Senior Athletes

Health, Safety and Welfare
As well as abiding by the codes above; we all need to keep each other safe. These policies on safeguarding will guide you through the process if you think someone is at risk. The Safeguarding Procedures has a useful flow chart. Any concerns should be reported to the club Welfare Officers or directly to UKA Safeguarding Team.
Adult Safeguarding Regulations
Additionally to prevent a minor incident becoming an accident we have a club health and Safety statement and various risk assessments for our activities. Run Leaders will remind you of the health and safety apects of each activity, but it is everyones responsibility to report a concern or an incident using the form on the resources page or directly to UKA
